I create acrylic and oil paintings that capture colour, energy and vibrancy for people who love nature, adventure and scenes from West Coast as well as from around the world.

I am an artist with many years of experience who has exhibited locally in numerous exhibitions as well as in many juried exhibitions. My art is owned by many collectors around the globe. I’ve been Exhibiting Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, a member of Burnaby Artists Guild, South Delta Artists Guild, North Van Arts and few other groups.

I live in Burnaby, British Columbia where I immigrated over 30 years ago. . The vast and colourful heritage of my old European homeland gave me the basis of who I am today and living in Canada has enriched my vision. I love colours and the effect they have on our emotions. My goal as an artist is to tell you what I see and feel through paint. I’m inspired by the nature and life around and also by the diversity of the world that I was lucky to experience through my travels.

In order to achieve the emotional feel of a piece that I want to create, I work in layers and every layer brings out something new that is guiding my creative process further on. The result that I want to achieve is to make the viewer stop, pause and wonder.

I express myself through a style that blends the emotional light of Impressionism with the grounded presence of soft realism. It is impressionist in light and feeling and realist in form and soul.

Across the collection, viewers will also see my abstract collection where they can encounter visual echoes of organic life — petals, tendrils, wings, and elemental forces — all rendered with a looseness that resists literal interpretation. Instead, these forms invite emotional resonance. My abstract work is a quiet invitation to wander.

In the near future, prints of chosen artwork will also be available. Please, check the website for updates.
